Graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape in 2003 and then went on to complete his Masters in 2007. He finished his Ph.D. in 2018 specialising in rehabilitation. After working in the public sector for two years, he moved on to opening two physiotherapy private practices in the Athlone and Rondebosch East area and enjoyed being the sports physiotherapist for a professional soccer team during 2004-2006 seasons. He was Head of Department of one of Life Health Care’s physiotherapy departments for 9 years and holds an academic position at the University of Cape Town since 2007. He also owns a health consulting and tech company.

After completing his community service in the Northern Cape, he came back to Cape Town where he worked as a locum physiotherapist at Sport Science Physiotherapy Centre and various other private practices. During this time he was also the sport physiotherapist for a local Rugby club and also provided physiotherapy support for the ABSA Cape Epic Cycle Tour and Two Oceans Marathon. He was assistant manager of a private/public rehabilitation hospital’s physiotherapy department for 6 years before opening Hector, Naidoo and Associates.
Graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy (cum laude) from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2009. After completing his community service at a rural hospital in Kwazulu Natal, he came back to Cape Town where he worked as a physiotherapist at a sub-acute hospital, as well as at various private practices. He was head of rehabilitation services at a Life Healthcare hospital. In the Western Cape. He has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation and has therefore gone on to complete his Masters in neurological physiotherapy in 2013, and he finished his Ph.D. in 2018 specialising in neurological rehabilitation. In 2020 He was appointed as Practice Manager for HNA Physiotherapy.
Jenna graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape. After completing her community service in rural Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2010, she returned to Cape Town and began locum work in private practice. In 2012, she completed the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy course which enhanced her skills in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and has also completed courses in dry needling and KTape strapping. After 6 years of working in out-patient private practice, she decided to explore a new challenge of working in Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and joined Hector, Naidoo and Associates in 2017. Jenna thoroughly enjoys rehabilitation which includes orthopaedic, neurological and respiratory conditions. She enjoys playing hockey, running, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Lauren Ludski graduated in 2008 with an honours degree (Bachelor of Science) in Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape. She completed her community service In Johannesburg in 2009 where she was the head of her physiotherapy department.
She then moved back to Cape Town where she began working in the private sector in an acute hospital. She worked for 3 private practices for 4 years specialising in acute hospital care, neuromuscular skeletal care and management and as a physiotherapist for a club rugby team.
She then found her passion working in a sub-acute facility for 5 years. This is where she gained immense knowledge and passion for treatment of the elderly. She treated many patients with various conditions including orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, medical and surgical rehabilitation, as well as neuromuscular skeletal (acute care and chronic rehabilitation). This practice was in patient and out patient based.
She then began her journey with Hector, Naidoo and associates in February 2019. She was then promoted to Associate in March 2020 where she continues to enjoy her passion and love for people.
Gadeeja van der Schyff graduated in 2016 with an honours degree (Bachelor of Science) in Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape. She completed her community service in Warrenton (Northern Cape) in 2017 where she was head of the physiotherapy department.
She then moved back to Cape Town where she started working in the private sector in an acute hospital and out-patients based practice as well as at a rehabilitation setting. This is where she gained experience treating patients in ICU and high care, paediatric chest physiotherapy, surgical and medical rehabilitation, neuromuscular skeletal care, and management as well as stroke rehabilitation.
This is when she realized her passion for working in a rehabilitation setting. She has treated many patients in the acute setting, but she enjoyed the rehabilitation setting more.
She then began her journey with Hector, Naidoo and Associates in August 2018 where she was (and still is) based at a step-down facility. She was then promoted to being an Associate in March 2021 where she continues to grow and get to enjoy her passion and love to work with and meet new people.
Naa-ilah Jacobs graduated in 2017 with an honours degree in BSc Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town. She completed her community service in Cape Town in 2018 where she was head of her physiotherapy department. Her love for exercise classes, orthopaedic and neurological conditions began there.
In 2019 she started her journey with Hector Naidoo and Associates where her passion for physiotherapy, especially her exercise classes expanded. She treats patients with various conditions including, medical and surgical rehabilitation, orthopaedic and neuromuscular skeletal (acute and chronic) and neurological rehabilitation. She has done many courses in dry needling, chronic pain, exercise classes including aqua therapy and Covid Rehabilitation. She was then promoted to Associate in April 2021.
