Hector Naidoo & Associates (HNA) is an Incorporated Company established in terms of Section 14 of the Companies Act with a specifically designed Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) in terms of Section 15 of the Companies Act. To this end, all entities be that natural persons or legal entities that utilises the services of this Company or that does any commercial and /or professional engagements with this Company are bound by the terms of the MOI. Specific reference is being made to Article 35 that ousts litigation through our court system. Any form of dispute will be dealt with in terms of Chapter 7 Part C, Section 166 and Section 167 of the Companies Act.
